摘  要:瓦斯含量测值的准确度是影响矿井瓦斯防治措施制定与实施的关键因素,而实现原位快速取样则是准确测定瓦斯含量的前提条件,为研究不同取样方式对瓦斯含量测值的影响,以仲恒煤矿1320_(-1)1工作面的20_(-1)^(#)煤层为例,利用基于反循环钻进原理研发的原位快速取样技术及装置,对相同深度下反循环原位快速取样与孔口接粉取样方式所采取煤样粒度分布情况进行对比分析,对不同取样方式所采取的煤样利用直接法进行可解吸瓦斯含量测定对比分析,并对不同暴露时间、不同煤样粒度对瓦斯损失量的影响进行了实验室分析。结果表明:原位快速取样技术所取样品不受孔壁残粉影响,取样时间短、暴露时间少,煤样粒度大、瓦斯含量测定结果准确性更高。The accuracy of gas content measurement is the key factor affecting the formulation and implementation of mine gas prevention measures,and the realization of rapid sampling in situ is the prerequisite for accurate measurement of gas content.In order to study the influence of different sampling methods on gas content measurement,the No.20_(-1)coal seam in the 1320_(-1)1 working face of Zhongheng coal mine is taken as an example.With in situ rapid sampling of research and development on the basis of the principle of reverse circulation drilling technology and equipment,for the same depth of the reverse circulation in situ rapid sampling and orifice powder sampling method by use of coal sample particle size distribution,compares and analyzes the different ways of sampling coal sample taken using the direct method can parse the gas content determined by comparative analysis,the influence of different exposure time and particle size of coal sample on losing gas content in coal seam was analyzed in laboratory.The results show that the sample obtained by reverse circulation in situ rapid sampling technology is not affected by the residual powder of the pore wall,the sampling time is short,the exposure time is less,the coal sample granularity is large,and the gas content determination results are more accurate.
