摘　　要：针对榆北曹家滩煤矿大采高综放工作面粉尘污染严重问题,通过开展联合科技攻关,提出综放面尘源分区治理思路并设计了系列新装备。利用对各分区尘源"抑尘、控尘、降尘"措施,实现全工作面环境净化。通过对现场实施"采煤机喷雾+支架封闭控尘装置+放煤口喷雾+转载点喷雾"综合降尘措施考察发现,采用上述技术措施后,正常生产时,工作面呼吸性粉尘浓度降低78%以上,全尘粉尘浓度降低85%以上,极大改善了工作面环境。同时针对运输巷带式输送机运煤过程中的持续产尘问题,设计了局部密闭喷雾抑尘装置、回程输送带清洁装置、巷道断面风流净化及除雾装置以及湿润剂喷洒保湿抑尘装置综合降尘系统。In view of the serious dust pollution problem in the fully mechanized top-coal caving face with large mining height in Caojiatan coal mine,Yubei,through carrying out joint scientific and technological research,the ideas of dust source control in fully mechanized top-coal caving face were put forward and a series of new equipment were designed.The measures of"dust suppression,dust control and dust reduction"for dust sources in each partition are used to realize the environmental purification of the whole working face.Through the investigation of the comprehensive dust reduction measures of"spray of shearer+dust control device with closed support+spray of coal discharge port+spray of transfer point",it is found that after adopting the above technical measures,the respirable dust concentration in the working face is reduced by more than 78%,and the total dust concentration is reduced by more than 85%,which greatly improves the working face environment.At the same time,aiming at the problem of continuous dust production in the process of coal transportation by belt in transportation roadway,a comprehensive dust suppression system was designed,including a local closed spray dust suppression device,a return belt cleaning device,a roadway cross-section airflow purification and demisting device and a wetting agent spraying moisture suppression device.
