摘 要:针对煤矿生产过程中带式输送机煤流量难以实时计量的问题,通过对比分析电子秤、视频图像、雷达探测等几种常用煤流量测量方法,采用激光红外线扫描技术对矿井带式输送机煤流量进行实时检测,搭建了电气硬件组成方案与软件实现,其中有开关电源模块、红外激光扫描仪、煤量检测主控板、光纤CAN集线器等组成电气硬件。软件算法设计与实现采用主任务、配置任务、网络任务、计算任务等模块组成。通过在井下现场的试验,采用0.5°的分辨率进行高密度高速度扫描,通过软件对粉尘、雾气等对测量数据干扰的校正,保证了积分计算煤量横截面的准确性,实现了带式输送机煤流量的实时检测,为实时调整带速提供了依据。Aiming at the problem that the coal flow of the belt conveyor is difficult to be measured in real time in the process of coal mine production,by comparing and analyzing several commonly used coal flow measurement methods,such as electronic scale,video image and radar detection,Laser infrared scanning technology is adopted to detect the coal flow in real time in the mine,and builds the electrical hardware composition scheme and software realization.Including switching power supply module,power supply module,power supply module,power supply module and so on Infrared laser scanner,coal detection main control board,optical fiber CAN hub and other electrical hardware.The design and implementation of software algorithm is composed of main task,configuration task,network task and calculation task.Through the field test in the mine,the resolution of 0.5 degree angle is used for high-density and high-speed scanning,and the software is used to correct the interference of dust and fog on the measurement data,so as to ensure the accuracy of integral calculation of coal cross-.section,realize the real-time detection of coal flow of belt conveyor,and provide the basis for real-time adjustment of belt speed.
