摘  要:为提高传统晶闸管控制阻抗型补偿器的响应速度,解决脉宽调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)斩波可控阻抗器(chopper controlled impedance,CCI)所存在的换流问题,提出一种基于两电平差分式直接AC/AC变换的串/并联型CCI拓扑结构,它由斩波可控电容器和电抗器构成。文中以串联型斩波可控阻抗器(series-type CCI,S-CCI)为例详细分析其拓扑结构和工作模态,通过采用PWM调制策略,实现S-CCI基频等效阻抗从感性模式到容性模式的连续变化,并建立S-CCI的数学模型,推导其基频等效阻抗和调制比之间的关系式。最后,搭建Matlab仿真电路和700W的实验样机,验证理论分析的正确性。In order to improve the response speed of the traditional thyristor controlled impedance compensator and solve the commutation problem of PWM chopper controlled impedance(CCI)compensator,a chopper controlled impedance based on two-level differential direct AC/AC converter was proposed,which consists of chopper-controlled capacitor and reactor in series or in parallel.The topology and working modes of S-CCI were analyzed.The equivalent impedance of S-CCI could vary continuously from inductive mode to capacitive mode controlled by Pulse Width Modulation.The relationship between equivalent impedance of S-CCI and modulation index was obtained through the established mathematical model and theoretical analysis.Finally,the correctness of theoretical analysis was verified by the Matlab simulation and the 700 W experiment prototype.
