摘 要:电力变压器遭受短路冲击的暂态声音信号包含变压器绕组状态信息。为探究短路冲击声信号与变压器绕组形变之间的关系,该文首先对载纤改造后的110kV变压器开展多次短路冲击试验,并采集短路瞬间声纹。然后,构建占比时频谱熵与频谱成分欧氏距离2种短路冲击暂态声纹特征,用于表征绕组变形情况。最后,提出基于占比时频谱熵与频谱成分欧氏距离2种声纹特征的联合判定流程,并利用光纤应变量与短路电抗值验证该方法的有效性。结果表明,该方法能够对抗短路能力出现明显下降瞬间的声信号进行大致判别,在绕组状态的初期诊断工作中具有一定的价值。The transient acoustic signal of power transformer subjected to short circuit impact contains the state information of transformer winding.In order to explore the relationship between short circuit impulse sound signal and transformer winding deformation,firstly,several short circuit impulse tests were carried out on 110 kV transformer with optical fiber,and the short-circuit instantaneous voiceprint was collected in this paper.Then,the proportion time-frequency spectrum entropy and the spectrum component Euclidean distance,and two short-circuit impulse transient voiceprint characteristics were constructed to characterize the winding deformation.Finally,the joint decision process based on the proportion time-frequency spectrum entropy and the spectral component Euclidean distance was proposed.The effectiveness of this method was verified by using optical fiber strain and short-circuit reactance.The results show that the method can roughly distinguish the sound signal at the moment when the short-circuit ability decreases obviously,and it has a certain value in the initial diagnosis of the winding state.
