摘  要:如何加强新形势下高校教师党支部建设,充分发挥党管人才的作用,将更多优秀人才汇聚在党的旗帜下,是新时代高校党建工作的重要挑战和任务。根据中共中央对高校基层党建的新要求,探索建立“双带头”引培人才党建工作站,力求把国外引进和国内培养的人才(简称引培人才)中具有较强学术影响力的学术带头人培养发展为党员,把专业基础好、具备学术发展潜力的党建带头人培养发展为教学科研骨干,扎实推进高校党建与教学科研事业发展双融合、双促进、双提高。How to strengthen the construction of the Party branch of college teachers under the new situation,give full play to the role of the Party in personnel management,and gather more talents together under the banner of the Party is an important challenge and task for the Party building work in colleges and universities in the new era.According to the new requirements of the CPC Central Committee for the Party building in colleges and universities,we shall strive to train and develop the academic leaders with strong academic influence among the talents introduced from abroad and trained at home into Party members,cultivate and develop the Party construction leaders with good professional foundation and academic development potential into the backbone of teaching and scientific research in order to solidly promote the integration and improvement of the Party building and the development of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities.
