摘 要:随着科技产业的变革,新兴行业和领域的人才竞争日趋激烈,新工科建设对工科高校的学科布局和专业结构调整提出了新的要求。对于高校而言,专业结构不仅关乎着高校人才的培养质量,更决定了人才培养的方向。通过重点分析目前我国工科高校专业结构调整现状和X大学在新工科建设背景下的探索经验,提出高校在专业结构调整时应注重提高专业结构设置的科学性、健全产业和专业的对称发展、促进传统专业的升级和改造、推进学科专业的可持续发展等建议。With the transformation of science and technology,the competition for talents in emerging industries and fields is becoming increasingly fierce.Therefore,in the construction of Emerging Engineering Education,some new requirements are put forward for the discipline layout and specialty structure of engineering colleges and universities.By focusing on the analysis of the current situation of professional structure adjustment in China’s engineering colleges and universities and the exploration experience of X University under the background of Emerging Engineering Education construction,this paper puts forward some suggestions that colleges and universities should pay attention to improving the professional structure,perfecting the symmetrical development of industry and specialty,promoting the upgrading and transformation of traditional specialty,and promoting the sustainable development of discipline and specialty.
