摘 要:防弹复合材料通常由层压板复合而成,但其层间力学性能较差,存在不均匀性、各向异性等问题。而纺织结构复合材料中纤维束排列稳定,在冲击损伤容限和能量吸收方面存在可设计性以及增强结构的广泛性。以高强聚乙烯纤维为原料,采用改进后的3D机织工艺对比3D正交结构和3D角联锁结构的防弹性能,并对试验结果做出分析,为防弹性能的工程应用提供理论指导。Bulletproof composite materials are usually composed of laminated plates,but their interlayer mechanical properties are not enough,and there are some problems such as inhomogeneity and anisotropy.However,the arrangement of fiber bundles of textile structural composites is stable,and is has designability in terms of impact damage tolerance and energy absorption,as well as enhancing the extensiveness of the structures.The bulletproof performance of 3 D orthogonal structure and 3 D angle interlocking structure are compared by using the improved 3 D weaving technology with high strength polyethylene fiber as raw material,and the experimental results are analyzed to provide theoretical guidance for the engineering application of bulletproof performance.
