摘 要:为确定双组分复合长丝卷曲收缩率的最佳测试条件,研究并探讨了5种不同种类双组分复合长丝及1种单组分高弹丝在不同轻重负荷、不同取样预张力、不同卷曲显现温度条件下的卷曲收缩率大小。结果表明,在热空气或热水处理后,双组分复合长丝达到最佳卷曲收缩率的测试条件为:样品处理的最佳轻重负荷分别为0.001 c N/dtex及0.2 cN/dtex;最佳湿热处理温度为80~90℃。此外,取样过程中,预张力分别为0.05 c N/dtex及0.2 c N/dtex时,可以分别保证FDY及DTY的最终卷曲收缩率达到最大值。In order to determine the best test conditions for the crimp shrinkage of bi-component composite filaments,the crimp shrinkage of five different kinds of bi-component composite filaments and one single component high elastic filament under different light and heavy loads,different sampling pretensions and different crimp appearance temperatures were studied and discussed.The results show that after hot air or hot water treatment,the test conditions for the optimal crimp shrinkage of bi-component composite filament are as follows:the optimal light and heavy loads of sample treatment are 0.001 cN/dtex and 0.2 cN/dtex respectively.The optimum wet heat treatment temperature is 80~90℃.In addition,in the sampling process,when the pre-tension is 0.05 cN/dtex and 0.2 cN/dtex respectively,the final crimp shrinkage of FDY and DTY can reach the maximum respectively.
