摘　　要：根据蒸汽发生器胀接工艺和设计要求,分析了胀接区的质量检测要求,使用涡流轮廓检测法实现对胀接区的质量检测和常见缺陷分析,并介绍了2种辅助检测方法:内径变化测量法和解剖法。3种方法的组合使用,可以实现对蒸汽发生器传热管胀接过程的质量控制。According to the expansion process and design requirements,this paper analyzes the quality inspection requirements of the expansion zone,uses the eddy current profile method to realize the quality inspection of the expansion zone and analyzes the common defects in the inspection,and introduces two auxiliary detection methods:inner diameter variation measurement and dissection measurement.The combination of the three methods can realize the quality control of the expansion process of the heat transfer tube of the steam generator.
