摘　　要：总结1例全脑血管造影后对比剂脑病患者的护理体会。护理要点:启动应急流程,进行症状监测及紧急处理,并落实患者安全性防护;实施以护士为主导的镇静镇痛管理,通过动态评估镇静程度,防止镇静过度及药物相关并发症的发生;运用容量监测,确保个体化水化疗法的有效性,促进对比剂排泄。经上述护理,患者12 h后症状消失,恢复良好。To summarize the nursing experience of a case of contrast-induced encephalopathy after total cerebrovascular angiography. Emergency procedures were started,then symptom monitoring and emergency treatment were carried out,and patient safety protection was implemented. During the nurse-led sedation and analgesia management,excessive sedation and drug-related complications were prevented by dynamic evaluation of sedation degree.Volume monitoring was used to ensure the effectiveness of individualized hydration therapy and promote contrast excretion. After the above nursing,the patient’s symptoms disappeared 12 hours later and recovered well.
