摘　　要：歌舞伎综合征是一种罕见的多发性畸形综合征,相关护理报道甚少。总结1例歌舞伎综合征伴软腭裂患儿的护理体会。护理要点:术前制订预防低血糖策略;选择合适汤匙,掌握正确的喂养方法;积极预防感染及窒息。患儿入院11 d后顺利出院。术后6周门诊随访,恢复良好。Kabuki syndrome is a rare multiple malformation syndrome,and few nursing reports were published.This paper summarized the experience of nursing care of a child with Kabuki syndrome and soft palate cleft. The main points of nursing care included formulating strategies to prevent hypoglycemia before operation,choosing appropriate spoons and correct feeding methods,actively prevention of infection and suffocation. The child was successfully discharged after 11 days of admission. Six weeks of outpatient follow-up showed that he recovered well.
