摘　　要：在梳理大数据征信的前沿文献、研究基础、法律规制、算法框架等基础上,分析大数据技术在个人征信和小微企业征信中的应用研究。重点探讨大数据技术在个人征信信息保护、征信赋能金融服务模式创新、小微企业信用评级等大数据征信研究的热点难点问题,并从完善法律法规、健全标准体系、推进技术融合、加强社会信用体系建设等方面提出完善大数据征信的对策建议。最后,针对已有研究成果的不足,从创新研究方法、拓展研究内容、完善研究组织、推动成果转化等方面对该领域未来研究方向和趋势进行展望并提出具体建议。Based on combing the frontier literature, research foundation, legal regulation and algorithmic framework of big-data credit reporting, this article analyzes the research on the application of big-data technology in personal credit reporting and micro and small enterprise credit reporting. It focuses on the hot and difficult issues of big-data credit reporting, such as the protection of personal credit information, credit-enabled financial service model innovation, and credit rating of small and micro enterprises, and puts forward countermeasures to improve big-data credit reporting in terms of improving laws and regulations, perfecting the standard system, promoting technology integration, and strengthening social credit system, etc. In addition, in view of the shortcomings of the current researches, the future research directions and trends in this field are prospected and specific suggestions are put forward in terms of innovating research methods, expanding research contents, improving research organizations,and promoting the transformation of research results.
