摘　　要：注塑机是塑料加H行业的主要设备,能加工各种热塑性或热固性塑料。随着社会的发展,注塑机的数量、品种、设备规模在工业发展中占据了重要地位,寻求高效、低成本、环保等指标的发展方向成为了必不可少的发展趋势。本文采用PLC控制注塑机既有利于降低工厂成本、又有利于提高产品质量、产量及产品的竞争力。Injection molding machine is the main equipment of plastic processing industry,which can process all kinds of thermoplastic or thermosetti ng plastics.With the develop me nt of society,the nu mber,variety and equipme nt scale of in jecti on molding machi ne occupy an im porta nt positi on in the in dustrial develop me nt,seeki ng the development direction of high efficiency,low cost,environmental protection and other indicators has become an essential development trend.This paper adopts PLC to control the injection molding machine,which is not only beneficial to reduce the factory cost,but also to improve the product quality,output and product competitive ness.
