摘 要:针对大工业用户用电量在不同时期差异明显且传统远程费控系统设计复杂、精确度低的问题,首先对大工业用户用电量进行了对比分析;其次,设计适用于大工业用户不同工作时期的基于开关函数的远程费控开关模型系统;最后,与传统远程费控模型对比验证。实例表明,本文设计的远程费控系统依据开关函数在次月能够对前一月预警情况进行补偿,使得其效果相较于传统远程费控模型更加精确可靠。In view of the obvious difference of electricity consumption by large industrial users in different periods and the complicated design and lower accuracy of remote cost control system,this paper first makes a comparative analysis of the electricity consumption by large industrial users.Then the remote cost control switch model system based on switching function is designed for the large industrial users in different working periods.Finally,it is compared with the traditional remote cost control model.The example shows that the remote cost control system designed in this paper can compensate the early warning situation of the previous month in the next month according to the switching function,thus making its effect more accurate and reliable than the traditional remote cost control model.
