摘 要:B淋巴细胞诱导成熟蛋白1(B lymphocyte-induced maturation protein 1,Blimp-1)是一种调节B淋巴细胞和T淋巴细胞功能的重要转录分子。在抗原刺激B淋巴细胞分化为浆细胞分泌抗体的过程中,可下调维持B细胞表型和功能的重要基因的表达,同时上调维持浆细胞表型及特征的关键基因的表达,在浆细胞分化过程中起关键作用。CD4+T细胞中非滤泡性T细胞(Follicular T cells,Tfh)高表达Blimp-1;生理水平的Blimp-1会严重损害CD4+T细胞向Tfh细胞分化的能力,还可通过调控淋巴细胞而调节免疫相关疾病,有望成为治疗免疫相关疾病的新靶点。B lymphocyte-induced maturation protein 1(Blimp-1)is an important transcription molecules to regulate the function of B lymphocyte and T lymphocyte.In the process of antigen stimulating B lymphocytes into plasma cells to secrete antibodies,the expression of important genes that maintain the phenotype and function of B cells can be down-regulated,and the expression of key genes that maintain the phenotype and characteristics of plasma cells can be up-regulated,which plays a key role in the differentiation of plasma cells.CD4+T cells showed high expression of Blimp-1 in non-(Follicular T cells)Tfh cells.Blimp-1 at the physiological level can seriously impair the ability of CD4+T cells to differentiate into Tfh cells.The symptoms of immune-related disease can be improved by Blimp-1 regulating lymphocyte which is expected to become a novel therapeutic target.
