摘  要:结核杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis,MTB)感染引起的结核病是威胁人类健康的重大传染病。中性粒细胞(polymorphonuclear neutrophil,PMN)是固有免疫系统中最丰富的吞噬细胞,具有较强杀菌潜力,是抵御MTB入侵的主要固有免疫细胞。PMN识别并吞噬MTB后,可产生具有细胞毒性的效应分子,并调节巨噬细胞的效应功能,发挥抗MTB感染的作用;同时启动适应性免疫应答,促进效应T细胞产生,并参与MTB感染肉芽肿的形成,介导抗MTB的免疫反应。此外PMN还参与抗MTB疫苗的免疫反应,是抗MTB疫苗研究的新靶点。文章对PMN在抗MTB感染过程中的作用机制进行了总结。Tuberculosis caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB)is a major infectious disease that threatens human health.Polymorphonuclear neutrophil(PMN)are the most abundant phagocytes in the innate immune system,which have strong germicidal potential and are the main innate immune cells against the invasion of MTB.PMN can production effector molecules with cytotoxic and regulate the effector function of macrophages by recognition and phagocytosis MTB to play an anti-MTB infection role.Meanwhile,it can initiates adaptive immune response,promotes the production of effector T cells,participates in the formation of MTB infected granuloma,and mediates the immune response against MTB.In addition,PMN is also involved in the immune response of anti-MTB vaccines,which is a new target of anti MTB vaccine research,the mechanisms of PMN in the process of anti-MTB infection were summarized in this review.
