摘　　要：扁桃体为人体二级淋巴器官,富含具有反应活性的B/T淋巴细胞,能对多种抗原作出反应。扁桃体是宿主抵抗病原体的一线防御器官,具有体液和细胞免疫功能,参与了局部和全身免疫反应,与感染、过敏反应及自身免疫性疾病的发生发展密切相关。扁桃体切除术是临床治疗慢性扁桃体炎和扁桃体过度肥大引起的小儿鼾症及成人OSAHS的重要手段,也是最常见的外科手术之一。但手术对患者术后免疫功能的影响一直是医生争论的焦点。文章就扁桃体切除术对人体免疫功能影响的研究进展做一综述。Tonsils,as human secondary lymphoid organs,are rich in B/T lymphocytes with reactive activity,can respond to a variety of antigens.Tonsils are the first-line defense organs of the host against pathogens,which have humoral and cellular immune functions,participate in local and systemic immune responses,and are closely related to the occurrence and development of infection,hypersensitivity,and autoimmune diseases.Tonsillectomy is an important method to treat chronic tonsillitis and excessive hypertrophy of tonsil in children and adult OSAHS.It is also one of the most common surgical operations.However,the effect of surgery on postoperative immune function of patients has always been the focus of debate among doctors.Therefore,this review focuses on the research progress of the effect of tonsillectomy on human immune function.
