摘 要:针对耙吸式挖泥船耙管姿态监测问题,提出一种利用准分布式光纤Bragg光栅传感器(FBG)检测耙管的曲率数据的方法。构建基于曲率数据的三维空间运动模型,重构挖泥船耙管形状及弯管、耙中和耙头之间的角度信息,并以三维图形的形式直观地显示在计算机屏幕上。试验结果表明,采用该方法重构的挖泥船耙管形状与实际形状吻合度较好,为挖泥船耙管姿态监测提供了新方法。In order to solve the problem of suction pipe attitude monitoring of trailing suction dredger,a quasi-distributed fiber Bragg grating(FBG)sensor is proposed to detect the curvature data of the rake pipe.Based on the curvature data,a three-dimensional spatial motion model is constructed to reconstruct the shape of the rake pipe and the angle information between the curved pipe,the middle of the rake and the rake head.The results are intuitively displayed on the computer screen in the form of three-dimensional graphics.The experimental results show that the reconstructed shape of the dredger rake pipe is in good agreement with the actual shape,which provides a new method for monitoring the attitude of the dredger rake pipe.
