摘　　要：2020年6月20日,第十三届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十九次会议通过新修订《中华人民共和国档案法》(以下简称"新修订《档案法》"),新修订《档案法》自2021年1月1日起施行。本文解读新修订《档案法》第二十六条内容,学习突发事件应对活动中相关档案管理的立法精神,并对突发事件应对活动相关档案管理机制的构建进行思考。On June 202020,the 19^(th) Session of the Standing Committee of the 13^(th) National People’s Congress adopted the new revised archives law,which comes into force on January 12021.By interpreting the article 26 of the new revised archives law,this paper aims to learn the legislative spirit of archives management in emergency response activities,and thinks about the construction of archives management mechanism in emergency response activities.
