摘　　要：社会危机事件具有热度大、传播范围广、传播速度快等特点,是档案价值实现的一种激励机制,即社会危机越大、社会热点事件越多,档案价值实现的机会就更大。文章从历史、现实、未来层面出发,将各阶段的社会危机、社会需求和档案属性一一对应来分析档案价值,并辅以价值实现实例进行佐证,探讨档案多元价值是如何随着社会需求的变化而更好地凸显的,以期充分理解、实现档案价值及完善档案利用服务实践。档案部门也应将社会危机事件作为提供档案利用的"杠杆"和良机,运用自身优势积极地参与社会危机治理。Social crisis events have the characteristics of intense discussion,wide spreading range,and fast spreading speed.They are incentive mechanisms for the realization of archives’value,which means that the greater the social crisis and the more social hotspot events,the greater the opportunity for archives’value realization.From the perspective of history,reality and the future,the article analyzes the value of archives in a one-to-one correspondence between social crises,social needs,and archive attributes at various stages,and uses examples of value realization as evidences.It also explores how the diverse value of archives is better highlighted with the changes in social needs,in order to fully understand and realize the value of archives and improve the practice of archive utilization services.Archives departments should also regard social crisis events as"leverages"and good opportunities for archive utilization,and use their own advantages to actively participate in social crisis management.
