关于计量器具型式批准标志管理的讨论

摘　　要：计量器具制造许可证管理制度取消后,在落实总局《关于取消制造、修理计量器具许可加强后续监管工作的通知》相关要求过程中,对强制监管方式含有"型式批准"的计量器具产品上是否应当标注CPA标志,各地计量行政管理部门和计量技术委员会在认识和举措上存在着不同意见。结合笔者所在单位在检定执行过程中遇到的实际情况,对型批器具是否应标注CPA标志提出了建议。After the abolition of the management system of manufacturing licenses for measuring instruments,in the process of implementing the requirements of the Notice on"Cancellation of the License for Manufacturing and Repairing Measuring Instruments and Strengthening Follow-up Supervision"issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation,metrological administrative departments and technical committees have different opinions on whether the CPA mark should be marked on the products of"type approval"measuring instruments.Combined with the actual situation encountered in the verification of our unit,this paper puts forward some suggestions on whether the CPA mark should be marked on the batch of instruments.
