摘　　要：目的:综合评估痰热清注射液辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的获益和风险,为临床选择和决策提供循证医学依据。方法:基于快速卫生技术评估方法,通过查阅中外文献,对痰热清注射液辅助治疗AECOPD的结果进行分类评价和描述性分析。结果:共纳入11篇系统评价/Meta分析和1篇药物经济学研究。痰热清注射液可改善AECOPD患者的临床症状、血清炎症因子水平和肺功能等指标,且不增加患者经济负担。结论:快速卫生技术评估显示痰热清注射液辅助治疗AECOPD具有较好的有效性、安全性和经济性,但需要更多的高质量研究进一步探索其临床应用价值。Objective:To comprehensively evaluate the benefits and risks of Tanreqing injection in adjuvant treating acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD),and provide evidence-based medical basis for clinical selection and decision-making.Methods:Based on the rapid health technology assessment method,the results of Tanreqing injection in the adjuvant treatment of AECOPD were classified evaluated and descriptively analyzed by searching Chinese and foreign literatures.Results:A total of 11 systematic reviews/Meta-analyses and 1 pharmacoeconomic study were included.Tanreqing injection could improve the clinical symptoms,serum inflammatory factors level and lung function indexes of patients with AECOPD,and did not increase the economic burden of patients.Conclusion:Rapid health technology assessment shows that Tanreqing injection is effective,safe and economical in the adjuvant treatment of AECOPD,but it needs more high-quality research to further explore its clinical application value.
