华蟾素胶囊对结直肠癌术后辅助化疗患者免疫功能及术后复发的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究华蟾素胶囊对结直肠癌(CRC)术后辅助化疗患者免疫功能及术后复发的影响。方法:回顾性分析2012年12月~2015年12月本院94例术后接受辅助化疗的CRC患者的临床资料,根据是否应用华蟾素分为观察组(53例)和对照组(41例)。对照组采用FOLFOX6方案化疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以华蟾素胶囊治疗。比较两组KPS评分、免疫功能、不良反应及术后5年内CRC复发率。结果:化疗4个周期和8个周期后,两组KPS评分降低,观察组KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);化疗后,两组CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)和自然杀伤(NK)细胞数均降低,观察组CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)和NK细胞数高于对照组(P<0.05);化疗后,两组IgG、IgM和IgA水平均降低,观察组IgG、IgM和IgA水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组骨髓抑制发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后5年复发率(58.49%)低于对照组(75.61%,P<0.05)。结论:华蟾素胶囊用于CRC术后辅助化疗患者,有利于维持机体免疫功能稳定,减少不良反应发生,对减少肿瘤术后复发、改善患者健康状态具有积极作用。Objective:To study the effects of Cinobufacini capsule on immune function and postoperative recurrence of patients undergoing postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods:The clinical data of 94 patients with CRC who received postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.According to whether Cinobufagin was used or not,the patients were divided into observation group(53 cases)and control group(41 cases).The control group was treated with FOLFOX6 regimen,and the observation group was treated with Cinobufacin capsule on the basis of the control group.KPS score,immune function,adverse reactions and CRC recurrence rate within 5 years after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 cycles and 8 cycles of chemotherapy,KPS score of the two groups decreased,and KPS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After chemotherapy,CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)and NK cells in the two groups decreased,and CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)and NK cells in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After chemotherapy,the levels of IgG,IgM and IgA in the two groups decreased and the levels of IgG,IgM and IgA in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of bone marrow suppression in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rates within 5 years after surgery of the observation group(58.49%)was lower than that of the control group(75.61%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Cinobufagin capsule used in postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy patients with CRC is conducive to maintaining the stability of immune function,reducing adverse reactions,reducing postoperative recurrence and improving the health status of patients.
