外贸关联度如何影响区域间和区域内的收入差距?——基于要素流动阻碍的视角

摘　　要：国际贸易给中国带来新机遇的同时,也对中国实现共同富裕产生了多种影响。基于要素流动阻碍的视角,阐释了国际贸易如何影响中国区域间和区域内的收入差距,并进行了实证检验,结果发现:虽然国际贸易有助于提高劳动生产率与劳动力需求,从而提升中国地区收入,但总体外贸关联度的提高加剧了中国区域间收入差距,这是外贸产业具有区域不平衡性造成的,而人口跨区域流动有助于减小区域间收入差距。与之相反,区域外贸关联度的提升缩小了区域内收入差距,技术溢出效应增强是其主要影响机制。同时,交通设施建设有助于增强国际贸易对区域内收入差距的抑制作用。基于研究结论,提出了加快交通基础设施建设、发展地区特色产业相关政策的建议以推进共同富裕的实现进程。While international trade has brought new opportunities to China,it has also had a variety of effects on China’s realization of common prosperity.From the perspective of obstacles to the flow of production factors,this paper explains how international trade affects China’s income gap between and within regions,and makes an empirical test.The results show that although international trade is conducive to the improvement of labor productivity and the demand of labor,thus improves the income of China,the improvement of foreign trade relevance has exacerbated intraregional income gap of China.This is caused by the regional imbalance of the foreign trade industries,and the cross regional flow of population helps to reduce the income gap between regions.On the contrary,the improvement of regional foreign trade relevance has narrowed intraregional income gap,and the enhancement of technology spillover effect is the main influence mechanism;Meanwhile,the construction of transportation facilities helps to enhance the inhibitory effect of foreign trade relevance on regional income gap.Based on the research conclusions,policy suggestions such as accelerating the construction of transportation infrastructure and developing industries with regional characteristics are put forward,so as to put forward the realization of common prosperity.
