摘  要:为了提高功率分配器对无用信号的抑制能力,针对Gysel功率分配器的结构特征,提出在其基础上实现滤波集成的简明普适思路.设计完成了具有滤波特性的Gysel功率分配器.根据奇偶模电路分析方法进行电路分解,获得了易于分析的奇偶模等效电路;利用导纳矩阵求解出端口导纳和阻抗,给出了端口S参数的表达式,并分析了该滤波集成型Gysel功率分配器的电路特性.通过多个仿真实验案例验证了理论分析结果的正确性.实验结果表明,该Gysel功率分配器在第5代移动通信系统核心频段的端口反射系数幅值均小于-10 dB,中心频率处的隔离度为17.38 dB,具有较好的带外抑制特性.In order to improve the ability of the power divider to suppress useless signals,on the basis of the structural characteristics of the Gysel power divider,a brief and universal idea of filtering integration is put forward.A filtering Gysel power divider is designed and realized.According to the odd-and even-mode analysis method,the circuit decomposition is carried out to obtain the odd-and even-mode equivalent circuits which can be analyzed easily.The port admittances and impedances are solved by using the admittance matrixes,and S-parameter expressions are further constructed to describe the circuit characteristics of the proposed filtering Gysel power divider.Simulations are given to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.The measured results show that a filtering Gysel power divider,whose amplitudes of the reflection coefficients are less than-10 dB at the core band of the fifth-generation mobile communication system and the isolation is 17.38 dB at the center frequency,is realized.This Gysel power divider also achieves a good out-of-band suppression.
