电子化学品生产过程风险分析及安全措施

摘　　要：随着半导体芯片和液晶面板产业的迅速发展,对电子级化学品的需求逐年递增,自主生产电子化学品显得越发重要。目前我国不少电子化学品生产企业引进国外先进生产设备,对生产过程安全问题认识不足。文章分析常见电子化学品生产过程存在的风险,并提出应对办法,希望对类似企业安全生产起到一定的指导作用。With the rapid development of the semiconductor chip and LCD panel industry, the demand for electronic grade chemicals has been increasing year by year, the independent production of electronic chemicals is becoming more and more important. At present, many electronic chemical manufacturers in China have introduced advanced foreign production equipment, however, there is insufficient awareness of safety issues in the production process. This article analyzes the risks of common electronic chemicals production processes and propose solutions, hoping to play a certain guiding role in the safety production of similar enterprises.
