摘　　要：人口基数的增加和经济社会的发展,增加了对各类资源的开采量,石油资源作为一种重要的资源类型,在中国的能源结构中占据重要地位。近年来,经济社会的发展使得天然气和石油的需求量不断增加,石油化工行业的发展面临全新的挑战,工艺管道的安装施工关系到天然气和石油的运输,是行业建设中的关键,但是结合相关行业的实际发展情况来看,近年来工艺管道引发的安全事故较多,不仅对日常生产造成了影响,也不利于相关行业的长远发展。文章结合石油化工工程的实际建设,以工艺管道的安装施工为切入点进行探析。The increase of population base and the development of economic and social resources have increased the mining amount of all kinds of resources. Petroleum resources, as an important resource type, occupy an important position in China’s energy structure. In recent years, with the development of economy and society, the demand for natural gas and oil has been increasing, and the development of petrochemical industry faces new challenges. The installation and construction of process pipeline is related to natural gas and oil transportation, is the key to the industry construction. But combined with the actual development of related industry, there are many safety accidents caused by process pipeline in recent years, which not only impact on daily production, but also is not conducive to the long-term development of related industries. Based on the actual construction of petrochemical engineering, this paper takes the installation and construction of process pipeline as the starting point.
