摘  要:近年来,国际原油市场油价剧烈波动、炼厂毛利持续收窄为炼化企业高质量发展提出了巨大挑战,面对严峻的形势,炼化企业积极运用炼化物料优化与排产系统(简称APS)进行进口原油选购优化测算,根据不同采购业务需求,运用不同的测算方法进行优化比选,科学合理地制定进口原油采购策略。In recent years, the sharp fluctuation of oil price in the international crude oil market and the continuous narrowing of refinery gross profit have posed great challenges to the high-quality development of refining and chemical enterprises. Facing the severe situation, refining and chemical enterprises actively use advanced planning system(APS) to optimize the purchase and selection of imported crude oil, and use different calculation methods to optimize and compare according to different procurement business needs, so as to scientifically and reasonably formulate the procurement strategy of imported crude oil.
