摘 要:某炼厂2.2 Mt/a催化裂解装置所采用的中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发的以重质烃为原料、丙烯为主要目的产品、副产碳十粗芳烃的催化裂解(DCC-plus)技术,是全厂中最重要的二次加工装置。催化裂解装置的安全平稳和长周期运行,对全厂高负荷运转、提高高附加值产品收率、降低能耗物耗具有十分重要的意义。文章主要从原油性质、反应系统设备结焦、烟机长周期运行、外取热器、油浆泵运行工况几个方面分析了影响2.2 Mt/a催化裂解装置长周期运行的原因,并结合同类装置的操作经验,提出了相关对策。The 2.2 Mt/a catalytic cracking device of a refinery plant adopts the catalytic lysis(DCC-plus) technology developed by the Petrochemical Institute of Sinopec. It is the most important secondary processing device in the whole plant. Safe, stable and long-cycle operation of the catalytic lysis device,which is of great significance to the high load operation, improve the yield of high value-added products, and reduce the energy consumption and material consumption. This paper mainly analyzes the reasons affecting the long-cycle operation of the 2.2 Mt/a catalytic cracking device from the aspects of crude oil nature, reaction system equipment coking, smoke captain cycle operation, external heat collector and oil slurry pump operation conditions, combined with the operating experience of similar devices. And relevant countermeasures are proposed.
