摘 要:LLC谐振变换器因输入电压范围宽、效率高以及功率密度大等特点得到了广泛应用,其分析方法具有重要意义。根据现有文献,主要的分析方法包括基波分析、频域带时域偏校正分析、频域与时域完全校正分析以及时域分析或基于运行模式分析4种。目前对LLC的不同分析方法还没有系统认知和研究,基于此对这些分析方法进行全面研究和比较,为相关人员分析和设计LLC谐振变换器提供指导。首先,简要介绍了这4种分析方法的原理;其次,通过引入增益误差和峰值增益频率误差等定义在不同条件下对这4种方法进行综合比较研究,总结每种方法的应用建议;最后,搭建实验样机验证理论分析,得出结论。LLC resonant converter has been widely used for its wide input voltage range,high efficiency and high power density,so its analysis method is of great significance.According to the existing literature,the main analysis methods include fundamental wave analysis,frequency-domain band time-domain bias correction analysis,frequency-domain and time-domain complete correction analysis,and time-domain analysis or operational-mode based analysis.However,the different analysis methods of LLC have not been systematically recognized and studied,so the main purpose and contribution of this research is to comprehensively study and compare these analysis methods,so as to provide guidance for the analysis and design of LLC resonant converters for readers.Firstly,the principles of the four analysis methods are briefly introduced.Secondly,by introducing the definition of gain error and peak gain frequency error,the four methods are compared and studied under different conditions,and the suggested applications of each method are summarized.Finally,an experimental prototype is built to verify the theoretical analysis and draw a conclusion.
