浮针配合再灌注运动对全视网膜激光光凝术后恢复及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的观察浮针配合再灌注疗法治疗增生性糖尿病全视网膜病变激光光凝术后恢复及是否出现并发症的临床疗效。方法51例增生性糖尿病视网膜病变行全视网膜激光光凝术后的患者,按随机数字表法随机分为对照组(26例共35眼)和治疗组(25例共32眼)。对照组采用普通术后护理,治疗组在对照组基础上利用浮针配合再灌注运动疗法,每天治疗1次,每次治疗相隔2 d,治疗8次为1个疗程。比较两组患者术后1个月并发症的出现情况,黄斑水肿情况及视力恢复情况(BCVA评分)。结果治疗组的术后并发症发生率低于对照组;治疗后两组黄斑中心凹厚度均显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组改善更为显著(P<0.05);治疗后两组BCVA评分均显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论浮针配合再灌注疗法可降低增生性糖尿病视网膜病变全视网膜激光光凝术术后并发症的发生,且有利于促进患者术后视功能的恢复。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of floating needle combined with reperfusion exercise in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy after panretinal photocoagulation(PRP).Methods:A total of 51 patients with diabetic retinopathy after PRP were randomly divided into control group(26 cases/35 eyes)and treatment group(26 cases/32 eyes)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,and the treatment group was treated with floating needle combined with reperfusion exercise exercise on the basis of the control group,once a day,with an interval of 2 days,and 8 times as a course of treatment.The occurrence of postoperative complications,macular edema and visual recovery(BCVA score)were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the treatment group than it in the control group.After treatment,the thickness of macular fovea in both groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the improvement in treatment group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,BCVA score in both groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the improvement in treatment group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Floating needle combined with reperfusion exercise can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and promote the recovery of visual acuity after PRP in diabetic retinopathy.
