25%溴氰虫酰胺·甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐悬浮剂配方的研究

摘　　要：本文通过对不同润湿分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂的筛选,最终确定了25%溴氰虫酰胺·甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐悬浮剂最佳配方。配方组分为溴氰虫酰胺20%、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐5%、FS7PG 3%、D8652%、W071%、黄原胶0.15%、硅酸镁铝2.0%、丙二醇4.0%、消泡剂0.4%、稳定剂BHT 1%,水补足至100%。实验结果表明,该产品悬浮率>90%,热贮(54℃±2℃)分解率<5%,产品其它各项指标符合悬浮剂的技术标准。In this paper,the optima formula of 25%bromoxynil-mectin benzoate suspension was finally determined through the screening of different wetting and dispersing agents,thickening agents and antifreeze agents.The components of the formulation were cyantraniliprole 20%,emamectin benzoate 5%,FS7PG 3%,8652%,W071%,xanthatgum 0.15%,magmesium ahumirnum silicate 2.0%,1,2-Propanediol 4.0%,organosilicone defoamer 0.4%,BHT 1% and water making up to 100%.The experiment results showed that the suspension rate of the product was over 90% and the decomposition rate of the active ingredients after accelerated storage was less than 5% at 54℃±2℃ for 14 days,and that the other parameters of the product met the technical standards of SC formulation.
