中医药干预肿瘤微环境的研究进展与思考

摘　　要：肿瘤微环境的改变导致了细胞基因突变,是肿瘤发生的重要原因,针对肿瘤微环境进行干预的治疗是近年来肿瘤界最受关注的研究领域之一。中医学独特的整体观念与肿瘤微环境的概念有着相通之处,中医药改善肿瘤微环境疗效确切,其理论基础及现代机制已有诸多探索研究。因此,笔者对近年来以中医药理论为基础,认识及干预肿瘤微环境的研究现状进行了归纳分析,包括以癌毒理论、津液理论、护场理论解释肿瘤炎性微环境,以调和营卫、健脾益气、温阳法等干预肿瘤免疫微环境,从脾虚与瓦博格效应、痰浊与乳酸间的联系认识肿瘤酸性微环境,以中医热毒、气郁、络病等概念剖析肿瘤缺氧微环境,以期为今后中医药干预肿瘤微环境的研究提供思路与参考。The change of tumor microenvironment leads to gene mutation,which is an important cause of tumor.The treatment of tumor microenvironment is one of the most concerned research fields in recent years.The unique holistic concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine has something in common with the concept of tumor microenvironment.The curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in improving tumor microenvironment is precise,and its theoretical basis and modern mechanism have been explored and studied.This paper aims to analyze the current situation of understanding and intervening tumor microenvironment based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine in recent years,including explaining tumor inflammatory microenvironment with cancer toxin theory,body fluid theory and nursing field theory,and intervening tumor immune microenvironment with the methods of harmonizing Ying Wei,invigorating spleen and replenishing Qi and warming Yang,understanding the relationship between phlegm turbidity and lactic acid,tumor acidic microenvironment,plus the aspects of TCM heat toxin,Qi stagnation,collateral disease and other concepts,analysis of tumor hypoxia microenvironment and so on,in order to provide ideas and reference for future research of TCM Intervention in tumor microenvironment.
