校政企联合服务“三区”茶叶科技 助力边疆脱贫——以云南农业大学茶学“三区”项目社会服务为例

摘　　要：通过总结云南农业大学茶学系在“三区”社会的科技服务内容与成效,阐明高校、政府及企业在贫困地区、民族地区和革命老区产业精准扶贫、乡村振兴、校企产教融合促进茶学专业人才培养、校政产学研合作服务边疆民族地区区域经济发展中的作用,指明“三区”项目实施在科教兴茶、产业脱贫和乡村建设发展等方面的重要意义。By summarizing the contents and achievements of the Tea Department of Yunnan Agricultural University in social science and technology services in the"three areas",this paper expounds the role of universities,governments and enterprises in targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in poverty-stricken areas,ethnic minority areas and former revolutionary base areas.The integration of production and education between schools and enterprises promotes the training of tea professionals,and the cooperation of school administration,industry,learning and research plays a role in serving the regional economic development of the border ethnic areas.It is pointed out that the implementation of the"three areas"project is of great significance in invigorating tea through science and education,industrial poverty alleviation and rural construction and development.
