摘　　要：一直以来农村饮水工程管护是农村用水安全工作的重点,各地方应按照市场化运作和规模化建设的思路推进农村供水管理体制改革,保障农村用水安全,维护农业经济发展。结合当前农村供水现状,提出供水管理存在的不足,通过开源节流、农村供水管理体制改革、提高水费收缴率、水利工程质量建设等措施强化居民饮水安全意识与节水意识,促进农业科学发展。The management and protection of rural drinking water projects has always been the focus of rural water use safety work.All localities should promote the reform of rural water supply management system in accordance with the ideas of market-oriented operation and large-scale construction,ensure the safety of rural water use and maintain the development of agricultural economy.According to the current situation of rural water supply,this paper puts forward the shortcomings of water supply management,and strengthens residents'awareness of drinking water safety and water saving through measures such as increasing revenue and reducing expenditure,reforming the management system of rural water supply,increasing the collection rate of water charges,and the quality construction of water conservancy projects,so as to promote the development of agricultural science.
