摘  要:渤海油田实施一口调整井E8S1井,在实钻过程中发现目的层无开采价值,为降低综合开采成本,决定开采过路油层。由于过路油层厚度小、含底水,根据目前现有压裂充填技术工艺,易压穿底水且无法实现地层压力的实时监测,难以达到预期效果。为实现开发开采需要,决定对压裂充填工艺进行适应性改造。通过对该压裂过程使用软件进行精准模拟、压裂液体系优选、压裂充填服务工具改进,提出了造短宽缝,优化设计裂缝几何形态,合理调整缝高的方案,最终成功避开了目的层下部水层。投产初期,该井产量超过了预期配产产能,生产状况良好,为渤海油田开创了新的完井增产工艺措施,也为该同类型油气藏开发提供了新的手段。Bohai Oilfield implemented an adjustment well,Well E8S1.During the actual drilling process,it was found that the the target layer had no production value.In order to reduce the comprehensive production cost,it was decided to exploit the passing oil layer.Due to the small thickness of the passing oil layer,based on the current existing fracturing filling technology,it is easy to press through the bottom water but difficult to achieve the expected effect of real-time monitoring of lormation pressure.In order to realize the development and mining needs,it was decided to adapt the fracturing filling process.Through accurate software simulation ofthe fracturing process,fracturing fluid system optimization,and improvement of fracturing filling service tools,the proposal of making short and wide fractures,optimizing the design of fracture geometry,and reasonably adjusting the fracture height was finally put forward which successfully avoided the lower water layer.In the initial stage of production,the production of the well exceeded the original planned production capacity,and the production was in good condition,which created a new completion stimulation technique for the Bohai Oilfield and provided a new means for the development of the same type of oil and gas reservoir.
