摘  要:为解决海上油气生产设施紧急情况下人员庇护的问题,在陵水17-2气田半潜平台——“深海1号”能源站上设置了临时避难所。从临时避难所的功能分析人手,将临时避难所功能性要求进行分解,转化为结构支撑系统、生命支持系统、指挥支持系统和疏散逃生系统4个可实施的工程设计指标,并对各系统功能进行进一步分解,形成了临时避难所的设计标准。本文对“深海1号”能源站上临时避难所各主要指标的设计原理、设计参数进行了详细介绍。本文设计成果通过了授权检验机构的校验和验收,成功应用于“深海1号”能源站的临时避难所设计中,为类似海上油气生产设施临时避难所的设计提供了参考。In order to shield people from fire and explosion risk in an emergency,a temporary refuge was provided on Lingshui 17-2 semi-platform,i,e.,the energy station of"Deep Sea No.1".Based on the study of the function of temporary refuges,a set of evaluation index system was established.The design philosophy and parameters for the main evaluation index such as,the structure supporting system,the life supporting system,the communication supporting system,and the escape and evacuating system were introduced.The design scheme introduced in this paper was approved by the authorized agency and applied to the energy station of "Deep Sea No.1",providing reference for the design of similar temporary refuges for other offshore platforms.
