摘　　要：通过对2017版FIDIC《施工合同条件》下承包商的主要义务分析,分别从一般义务、质量、进度、支付、风险分担、合作、安全、信息考察等方面进行单项梳理,并对比分析了2017版较1999版修订部分,结合当前国际工程承包大背景以及“一带一路”倡议的持续推进,阐述了承包商熟悉掌握FIDIC合同的重要性,为承包商提出合同风险防范建议。Through the analysis of the main obligations of contractors under the 2017 edition of the FIDIC Construction Contract,the general obligations,quality,progress,payment,risk sharing,cooperation,safety,and information investigation were sorted out respectively,and the revised part between the 2017 edition and the 1999 edition was compared and analyzed.Combined with the current background of international engineering contracting and the continuous advancement of the"One Belt and One Road"initiative,the importance for contractors to be familiar with the FIDIC contract was expounded,which can provide contract risk prevention suggestions for contractors.
