摘　　要：2012年以来,全球经济发展进入了缓慢期,全球耗煤行业产品产量增幅回落,煤炭市场进入到了持续低迷时期。针对煤炭产能过剩问题,中煤平朔公司积极向新能源方向进行了企业产业结构战略转型实践,可为同类型煤炭企业的产业结构战略转型提供有益借鉴。Since 2012,the global economic development has entered a s low period,and the global coal-consuming industry has seen a decline in product output growth,and the coal market has entered a sustained downturn.In view of the overcapacity of coal,China Coal Pingshuo Company has actively carried out the strategic transformation of its industrial structure in the direction of new energy,which can provide useful reference for the strategic transformation of industrial structure of similar coal companies.
