摘　　要：高低压开关柜和接地保护装置是电力系统有效运行的关键设备装置,将基于电力系统运行管理现状,本着安全性原则,探究安装高低压开关柜和接地保护装置的相关措施,旨在降低电力系统运行危险性。The high and low voltage switchgear and the grounding protect ion device are the key equipment for the effective operation of the power system,the measures of installing high and low voltage switchgear and earthing protection device are explored in order to reduce the danger of power system operation.
