摘　　要：基于物联网+、大数据等技术开发的设备监控及智能诊断平台,将远程故障预警及故障诊断技术应用在设备状态维修中,可以实现设备的早期微弱故障预警,有效避免设备突发性事故的发生。人工智能诊断专家系统的使用,可准确识别故障源及严重程度。本系统在火电行业设备管理中的应用和推广,有效提升了企业设备精细化管理水平,实现了企业经济效益的最大化。The equipment monitoring and intelligent diagnosis platform developed based on IOT+ and big data technology applies remote fault warning and fault diagnosis technology in equipment condition maintenance,which can realize early and weak fault warning of equipment and effectively avoid sudden equipment accidents.The use of artificial intelligent diagnosis expert system can accurately identify the source and severity of faults.The application and promotion of this system in equipment management of thermal power industry effectively improves the level of enterprise equipment refinement management and maximizes the economic benefits of the enterprise.
