摘 要:磨削工艺是车轴加工过程中必要的工艺流程,其中磨削粗糙度是车轴轮座磨削加工要求里重要的参数之一,合理的粗糙度既能保证零件本身的质量要求,又能满足后续的压装工艺,对安全行车具有重要意义。生产过程中出现轮座磨削粗糙度偏低异常,会影响正常生产。通过分析影响轮座磨削粗糙度的因素,从降低砂轮磨削转速、降低砂轮修整转速、提高砂轮径向进给速度等角度验证了对轮座粗糙度的影响。在降低砂轮修整转速并把砂轮磨削转速调整到745 r/min后,轮座磨削粗糙度提高到Ra 1.25 um左右,满足磨削工艺要求。该工艺参数下加工的轮座粗糙度均符合要求,且压装过程无异常,压装曲线满足标准要求。Grinding process is a necessary process in the process of axle processing,in which grinding roughness is one of the important parameters in the requirements of axle wheel base grinding process.A reasonable roughness can not only ensure the quality requirements of the part itself,but also meet the subsequent press fitting process,which is of great significance to the safe operation.The abnormality of low wheel base grinding roughness during the production process will affect the normal production.By analyzing the factors affecting the wheel base grinding roughness,the influence on the wheel base roughness was verified from the perspectives of reducing the grinding wheel grinding speed,reducing the grinding wheel dressing speed and increasing the radial feed speed of the grinding wheel.After reducing the wheel dressing speed and adjusting the wheel grinding speed to 745 r/min,the wheel seat grinding roughness improved to about Ra1.25 um,meeting the grinding process requirements.The wheel seat roughness processed under this process parameter all met the requirements,and there was no abnormality in the press-fitting process,and the press-fitting curve met the standard requirements.
