摘 要:针对某电厂既有储煤棚钢网壳结构的安全现状,现场进行了结构及构件尺寸偏差、外观质量、支座杆件涂层厚度、连接件焊缝探伤和整体结构变形的检测,并综合实测结果进行了结构承载力验算。结果表明:储煤棚整体变形符合规范要求,钢网壳结构有限元模型结构承载力计算分析结果满足限值要求;结构的可靠性等级判定为一级。In view of the safety status of the steel mesh shell structure of an existing coal storage shed in a power plant,on-site inspection of the structure and component dimensional deviation,appearance quality,coating thickness of support rods,weld detection of joints and overall structural deformation was carried out,and the structural load-bearing capacity test was calculated by integrating the actual measurement results.The results show that the overall deformation of the coal storage shed meets the requirements of the code,and the results of the structural bearing capacity calculation and analysis of the finite element model of the steel mesh shell structure meet the limit value requirements;the reliability level of the structure is judged to be one level.
