摘  要:为了满足现有电视广播制式(PAL)视频信号对标准化、网络化的视频监控的需求,提高传输实时性,通过对视频模数转换、采集、编码、解码、实时流传输协议(RTSP)等相关技术分析和研究,设计了一种基于以太网传输的低延时PAL采集播放系统。理论分析和实测发现,视频的采集、编码、解码、传输等流程中视频数据的缓存是影响系统实时性的重要因素,提高前端视频帧率、采用低延时模式对视频解码、采用多线程解码播放措施可以提高系统的实时性。In order to meet the needs of the existing Phase Alteration Line(PAL)video signal for standardized and networked video monitoring,and improve the real-time transmission,through the analysis and research of video analog-todigital conversion,acquisition,coding,decoding,Real-Time Streaming Protocol(RTSP)and other related technologies,a low delay PAL acquisition and playback system based on Ethernet transmission was designed. Theoretical analysis and actual measurement show that the cache of video data in the process of video acquisition,encoding,decoding and transmission is an important factor affecting the real-time performance of the system. The real-time performance of the system can be improved by increasing the front-end video frame rate,using low delay mode to decode the video,and making multithread decoding and playback measures.
