摘  要:聚乳酸纤维作为新型环保型纤维,具有良好的发展前景。由于聚乳酸纤维耐热性差,影响分散染料上染,还会影响纤维的其他性能如手感、断裂强力等。聚乳酸纤维染色温度的选择至关重要,约克夏染料在较低温度95℃时,上染率达到要求。上染时间长短对聚乳酸纤维的染色也尤为重要,在染色时间为30 min时,上染率达到最高值。在染液pH=5的条件下进行染色能够减少对纤维的损伤。采用该工艺染色后,纤维的耐皂洗色牢度指标优异。As a new type of environment friendly fiber, polylactic acid(PLA) fiber has a very good development prospect. Due to the poor heat resistance of PLA fiber, it affects the disperse dyeing and also other properties of the fiber such as hand feel and breaking strength. The choice of dyeing temperature of PLA fiber is crucial. The dye uptake rate of Yorkshire Dyes meets the requirements at a lower temperature of 95 ℃. The dyeing time is also particularly important for the dyeing of PLA fiber and the dyeing uptake rate reaches the highest value at the dyeing time of 30 min. Dyeing under the condition of pH=5 of dyeing solution can reduce the damage to the fiber. After dyeing with the above process, the fiber has an excellent soaping index.
