摘  要:弹性针织物染整加工时,布面色花是常见的疵病,也是染整工厂必须要解决的生产异常。锦/氨弹性针织物染色不匀的原因主要有:工艺不合理、助剂用量异常、机器故障、操作异常、染料配伍性不合理等。弹性针织物染色过程中,酸性染料的搭配很关键,染料的上染速率不一致是染色不匀的主要原因。探讨锦/氨弹性针织物酸性染料染色工艺,制定特殊的升温曲线改善因酸性染料配伍性差导致的色花。色花产生的原因较多,升温曲线只是一个方面,针对特殊的染料搭配组合,设计合适的升温曲线有利于织物的匀染。During the dyeing and finishing of elastic knitted fabrics, dyeing irregularity on the fabric surface is common defects, which must be solved by dyeing and finishing factories. The uneven dyeing of nylon/spandex knitted fabrics mainly include unreasonable technology, abnormal dosage of additives, machine fault, abnormal operation and unreasonable dye compatibility. In dyeing of elastic knitted fabric, acid dye collocation is very important, and the main factor of uneven dyeing is the inconsistent dyeing rate of dyes. The dyeing process of nylon/spandex elastic knitted fabric with acid dyes is discussed, and a special temperature rise curve is formulated to improve the dyeing irregularity caused by poor compatibility of acid dyes. There are many reasons for dyeing irregularity, and the temperature rise curve is only one aspect. For special dye collocation, the design of appropriate temperature rise curve is beneficial to even dyeing of fabric.
