摘  要:酒店用全棉本色毛巾和染色毛巾采用生物酶进行前处理和染色后皂洗处理。对比生物酶工艺与正常工艺对毛巾质量的影响。结果表明:在合适的温度、用量、时间和pH等条件下,生物酶工艺保证了毛巾的染色性能和吸水性,毛巾的强力保留率提高、失重率下降,毛巾洗涤后起毛起球数量下降,产生的废水COD下降,深色毛巾皂洗时可节省2道高温皂洗。该工艺省时、节能、节水,提高生产效率,降低劳动负荷。All cotton natural color towels and dyed towels used in hotels are pretreated and soaped after dyeing with biological enzymes. The effects of biological enzyme process and normal process on towel quality are compared. The results show that the biological enzyme process can ensure the dyeing performance and water absorption of towel under the conditions of appropriate temperature, dosage, time and pH. At the same time, the strength retention rate of towel is improved,the weight loss rate is reduced, the number of fuzzing and pilling of towel after washing is reduced, and the COD of wastewater is reduced. Two high-temperature soaping can be saved when soaping dark towel. The process saves time, energy, water, improves production efficiency, and reduces labor load.
