摘  要:通过圆柱表面椭圆轮廓型腔进行数理分析,得出坐标参数间的关联,采用变量进行手工宏程序编程,并利用VERICUT软件模拟生产条件,对宏程序进行仿真加工验证,程序经仿真加工效果良好.故在类似曲线轮廓及其型腔加工时,可通过分析及构建加工曲线轮廓的相关参数联系,采用四轴宏程序编程的加工方式,有效发挥宏程序的编程优势完成数控加工,提高生产实效.Through the mathematical analysis of the elliptic contour cavity on the cylindrical surface,the correlation between the coordinate parameters was obtained.The manual macro program was programmed with variables,and the VERICUT software was used to simulate the production conditions to verify the simulation processing of the macro program,and the machining effect was good.In the processing of similar curve contour and its cavity structure,the relevant parameters of the curve contour can be analyzed and constructed,and the processing method of four-axis macro program can be adopted to give full play to the programming advantage of macro program effectively and improve the production effect.
