摘　　要：目的观察电针对老年失眠症患者睡眠质量及血清褪黑素(MT)的影响。方法将57例老年失眠症患者随机分为治疗组29例和对照组28例。两组均予睡眠健康宣教,治疗组采用电针治疗,对照组采用穴位浅刺法。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、疲劳严重程度量表(FSS)评估患者治疗前后的睡眠质量及疲劳程度;并检测患者治疗前后血清MT含量。结果治疗后,两组PSQI及FSS评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),且治疗组PSQI及FSS评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,治疗组血清MT含量高于治疗前和对照组(P<0.01)。结论在睡眠健康宣教的基础上,电针治疗能够改善老年失眠症患者的睡眠质量及疲劳程度,其机制与升高患者血清MT水平有关。Objective To observe the effects of electroacupuncture on sleep quality and serum melatonin(MT)in elderly insomnia patients.Method Fifty-seven elderly insomnia patients were randomized into a treatment group of 29 cases and a control group of 28 cases.Both groups were offered sleep health education.In addition,the treatment group received electroacupuncture treatment,and the control group received superficial needling at acupoints.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and fatigue severity scale(FSS)were adopted to evaluate the sleep quality and fatigue severity in the patients before and after treatment.The serum MT content was also determined before and after treatment.Result After treatment,the PSQI and FSS scores dropped in both groups(P<0.01,P<0.05)and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the serum MT content increased in the treatment group and was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Based on sleep health education,electroacupuncture can improve the sleep quality and fatigue severity in elderly insomnia patients,and the mechanism is associated with the up-regulation of the serum MT level.
